Brewing Process

How we create the most refreshing beverages.

We brew our seltzers like a beer, but without the "heaviness" using the industry’s leading formulations and processes, as well as natural ingredients sourced from local producers in Australia - without the need of lots of sugar to make it taste good!

STEP 1

It starts with a mash

Gluten free rice and clean water form our starting mash, then some dextrose is added before boiling and cooling.

STEP 2

The fine art of fermentation + filtration

We use a clean neutral yeast to ensure our product is clean and crisp. It's then filtered and carbonated along with a curated blend of fruity flavours.

STEP 3

A perfect package

A bevvy this good needs to look sharp, so as our final step we simply package it up, ready to party!
